Great post! I like the comment about customers not knowing what to sends, and implementation teams sometimes not knowing what to ask for when it comes to discovery. AI helps here, but if we can find better ways to unlock that tribal knowledge in a repeatable way, "Discovery" as it exists today will be a thing of the past.
